Assistant Sales Manager

About the RoleTea Triangle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand the market presence of its FMCG brand Vutez. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience in the FMCG industry and a proven ability to generate business through retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.

This is a field sales role involving regular market visits across Kolkata and nearby districts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint and develop new distributors and retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Increase market coverage and product visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Ensure product availability and proper merchandising in assigned areas.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Prepare and submit daily work reports (DWR) and sales reports.
• EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Good knowledge of the Kolkata market and nearby districts.

Candidates with experience in Tea, Food, Beverages, Dairy, Snacks, Grocery, or other FMCG products will be preferred.
