Location: Kolkata and Siliguri
P.S. Hospitality Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Designer to develop commercial kitchen layouts, equipment fabrication drawings, MEP coordination drawings, and project execution plans for hotels, restaurants, banquet facilities, cloud kitchens, and institutional kitchens. The candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, production teams, and clients to deliver accurate and efficient kitchen design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for commercial kitchen layouts
- Develop equipment fabrication and shop drawings for stainless steel kitchen equipment.
- Create and modify kitchen plans based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, gas, and refrigeration teams for integrated kitchen planning.
- Prepare MEP coordination drawings and service layouts.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare as-built drawings when required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
- Assist the production team with technical drawings and fabrication details.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting/design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D knowledge added benefit).
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and layouts.
- Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans.

Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial kitchens, hospitality projects, restaurants, hotels, or food service facilities.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is an added advantage.
