Job Description
- Account Manager – B2B Sales (Assistant Manager)About the RoleDepartment: Emerging Business
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Work Mode: 100% Field Sales
- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new SMB customers through field sales.
- Conduct building scanning and generate leads.
- Meet business owners and promote Airtel Business solutions.
- Sell Data (Internet, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband & Fixed Line services.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate documentation and service activation.
- Maintain daily sales and field activity reports.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1+ year of B2B field sales experience (Female candidates: 6+ months experience can be considered).
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills.
- Age up to 33 years.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
