Job Description
Back Office Coordinator
Job Summary
Support sales team by managing leads, data, and administrative tasks to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management: Coordinate with sales team to manage and follow up on leads.
2. Data Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data.
3. Sales Support: Assist sales team with proposals, quotes, and documentation.
4. Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams for smooth coordination.
5. Reporting: Provide sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Skills: Strong communication, MS Office, and CRM skills.
3. Experience: Prior sales or back office experience preferred.
