Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPost-Shoot CoordinationCollect and organize all raw photos and videos from photographers
  • Upload and manage data on Google Drive / cloud storage
  • Share raw files with clients for selection (album/video)
  • Follow up with clients for photo selection and approvals
  • Coordinate with editors for album design and video editing
  • Track project timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Delivery ManagementEnsure final photos, videos, and albums are delivered on time
  • Maintain proper backup of all client data
  • Share final files via drive links and manage access
  • Coordinate album printing and dispatch
  • Client CommunicationHandle post-shoot client queries and updates
  • Send selection guidelines, reminders, and delivery updates
  • Maintain professional communication on WhatsApp, call, and email
  • Social Media ManagementSelect best photos/videos for posting
  • Upload posts, reels, and stories regularly
  • Coordinate with editing team for social media content
  • Maintain consistency in brand presence
  • Respond to comments and messages
