Job Description
Maintain and update customer, vendor, and company records.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Manage data entry with accuracy and maintain documentation.
Handle invoices, bills, and payment records.
Coordinate with field staff, delivery teams, and vendors.
Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Manage files, documents, and office records.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support inventory and stock record maintenance.
Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as assigned.
