Job Description

SPK Finserve is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backoffice Executive to support core functions spanning primariy in Investments and Insurance. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of mutual funds and health Insurance, looking to grow in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.


Key Responsibilities🛡️

  • Mutual Funds transaction execution and operations related task.
  • Insurance Support Coordinate and track insurance policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, and TPAs for claim documentation and query resolution, valuation reports, etc.


💹 Investment Transactions & OperationsSupport execution of investment instructions across mutual funds, bonds, and insurance-linked investments.

  • Prepare investment summaries, client trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Handle documentation for KYC, FATCA, mandates, and transaction forms.
  • Follow up with AMCs and clients for approvals, NAVs, and discrepancies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / LLB / CS Executive / CA Inter or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tax/GST portals, and MCA21.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
