Job Description
Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to support our daily business operations. You will handle the data management, transaction processing, and administrative oversight to ensure the front-facing teams can operate without a hitch.
- Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining records in the company database (CRM or ERP).
- Transaction Processing: Managing invoices, processing orders, or handling settlements (common in finance/logistics).
- Reporting: Compiling weekly or monthly performance reports for management to track operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all paperwork meets legal and internal company standards.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Acting as the bridge between sales, IT, and finance to resolve discrepancies.
