Job Responsibilities:

·        Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to introduce services/products.

·        Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on business requirements.

·        Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems regularly.

·        Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities.

·        Track and report lead generations performance and conversion metrics.
