Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Bartender (Cocktail Specialist / Mixologist) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in crafting cocktails, maintaining bar operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a passion for mixology, creativity in drink presentation, and excellent customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and serve high-quality cocktails & beverages
Design creative and trending drink menus
Manage bar stock and ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Engage with guests to deliver a great bar experience
Requirements
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
Creativity in drink preparation and presentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of bar equipment and tools
Education & Qualifications: Diploma/Certification in Bartending or Hotel Management preferred
Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in a bar operations or mixology
