Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Generation: Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy in pricing and services.
Data Management: Maintain updated customer accounts and records in accounting software.
Accounts Receivable: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and manage collections.
Discrepancy Resolution: Address billing queries and complaints from customers in a professional manner.
Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports for management.
Coordination: Collaborate with sales and finance departments for smooth billing operations.
