Job Description

Job Title: BMS Operator (Technical) Location: Sector V, Salt Lake (Kolkata) Vacancy: 1 Position

Salary: Take Home Budget (Including Leave Encashment + Monthly Bonus): ₹14,424 per month

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: ITI (Relevant Technical Trade Preferred)

Role Overview: We are looking for a BMS Operator to monitor and manage Building Management Systems, ensuring smooth operation of technical infrastructure within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor BMS systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, etc.)

Ensure smooth functioning of building systems

Identify and report technical faults or irregularities

Coordinate with maintenance teams for issue resolution

Maintain logs and daily reports of system performance

Requirements:

ITI in Electrical / Electronics / relevant technical field

Basic understanding of BMS operations (training can be provided)

Willingness to work in shifts

Good observation and reporting skills
