🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day activities include:
Gather, analysis, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications
Write:
User Stories
Functional Specifications
Process Flows
Analise systems, workflows, and data
Support:
API discussions
System integrations
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Create reports and dashboards
Work closely with senior BAS and Product Owners
🛠️ Tools & Technologies
Documentation & Collaboration:
Jira / Confluence
Azure Dev Ops
Miro / Lucid chart
MS Visio
Canva
Data & Technical:
SQL (preferred)
Advanced Excel
Postman (API testing)
Basic understanding of JSON / XML
Power BI / Tableau (good to have)
Frameworks:
Agile / Scrum
Waterfall
⏰ Shift & Compensation
Shift Timing: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturday: Half Day
