Job Title: Business Associate (Off Role Position)

About the Role 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Associate to support onboarding, operations, scheme 

communication, and coordination activities related to off-roll (WSA) and business activities. The role requires strong 

follow-up skills, data management, and stakeholder coordination. 

Qualifications & Skills 

Minimum Qualification: 

∙Graduate (any discipline)  

Experience: 

∙Preference to candidates with relevant experience  

∙Freshers with strong coordination and analytical skills may also apply  

Required Skills: 

∙Strong communication and follow-up skills  

∙Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting  

∙Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  

∙Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset  

∙Coordination and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities 

1. Onboarding & Training 

∙Monitor and follow up on onboarding approvals and documentation  

∙Ensure completion of user credentials, apps, and system access  

∙Guide new joiners on processes, field visits, and app usage  

∙Conduct basic training and explain KRAs and performance expectations  

2. Operations Management 

∙Regularly track WSA/MWA performance and provide updates  

∙Coordinate with field teams for issue resolution and performance improvement  

∙Highlight operational challenges and escalate where required  

∙Ensure timely communication of schemes, benefits, and updates  

Conduct periodic monitoring and maintain compliance records  

3. Scheme & Sales Operations 

∙Manage scheme-related data including balances, reports, and trackers  

∙Ensure timely sharing of scheme reports with stakeholders  

∙Track scheme performance and redemption summaries  

∙Support execution of special sales drives and initiatives  

4. Data Management & Reporting 

∙Maintain accurate and updated records (Excel/MIS)  

∙Prepare and share periodic reports on performance, approvals, and discrepancies  

∙Track pending approvals, documentation gaps, and follow-ups  

∙Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports  

5. Coordination & Follow-ups 

∙Liaise with internal stakeholders (Managers, Depot teams, Agencies)  

∙Follow up on candidate approvals, discrepancies, and documentation
