Business Development Associate

We’re growing quickly in the spiritual wellness and authentic gemstone space, and I’m looking for someone who is not only great at sales but also understands how to build genuine connections with customers.We are looking for articulate and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through highvalue gemstone and sacred product purchases. This is a consultative selling role, where you’ll engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help them make meaningful, informed buying decisions. Handle inbound sales queries over the phone  Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables  Build trust through clear and honest communication  Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity  Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects  Achieve daily and monthly sales targets  Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills  Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling role  Ability to handle high-value product conversations with professionalism  Comfortable working in a structured sales environment  Interest in gemstones, sacred items, or wellness-focused products is a plus  Willing to work 6 days a week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)  Weekly Off: Sunday Work with a premium and trusted brand  Learn consultative, high-ticket sales from experienced mentors  Attractive incentives and career growth in a niche product segment  Supportive team culture with structured onboarding and training
