Job Description
Job Summary:-
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join TATA AIA Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, promoting insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and approach potential customers for life insurance and financial products.
Generate leads through references, networking, social media, and field activities.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and policy demonstrations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with team leaders and managers for business growth strategies.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
