Job Description

1. Planning and Goal Setting


Defining Objectives: Setting clear, measurable goals and aligning daily tasks with larger company objectives.


Workflow Management: Structuring daily operations, establishing completion timelines, and adjusting schedules to keep projects on track.


Assigning Duties: Matching individual projects to the team members best suited for the job.


Delegation: Clearly defining roles to avoid disputes and ensure everyone knows what is expected of them.


Monitoring and ReportingTracking Progress:

Monitoring performance metrics (KPIs) and project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.


Coaching and Mentorship


  • Training: Guiding new hires during the onboarding process and facilitating ongoing cross-training.


Skill Development: Providing actionable feedback, sharing industry expertise, and helping employees improve their weaknesses.


Motivation: Cultivating a positive team environment, fostering trust, and celebrating both small wins and major milestones.
