Job Description
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors/agents.
✅ Drive life insurance sales through advisors and channel partners.
✅ Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
✅ Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
✅ Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
✅ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
