💼 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Business Growth & Sales

·      Acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Loans, etc.)

·      Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

·      Promote CASA growth

·      Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products

🔹 Lead Generation

·      Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling

·      Build strong local networks with retailers, SMEs, and individuals

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

·      Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

·      Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

🔹 Documentation & Compliance

·      Handle KYC documentation

·      Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies

🔹 Market Intelligence

·      Track competitor activity

·      Share market insights with management

✅ Eligibility Criteria

·      Graduate (any discipline)

·      Age: Up to 31 years

·      Strong communication & negotiation skills

·      Willingness to work in field sales

·      Basic knowledge of banking products preferred

·      Good understanding of local market
