Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our patient network. In this role, you will be on the ground identifying potential referral channels—including local doctors, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and community networks—to source patients requiring specialized treatment and direct them to our empaneled Tier 1 hospital partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource Identification & Outreach: Actively map and visit potential referral channels across your assigned territory, including General Practitioners (GPs), local clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic labs, and community organizers.
• Network Building & Partner Onboarding: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with doctors and healthcare providers to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.
• Patient Facilitation: Guide referred patients toward appropriate empaneled Tier 1 hospitals based on their medical needs, assisting with initial coordination and onboarding.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly patient conversion and referral targets.
• Market Intelligence: Gather insights on local healthcare needs, competitor activities, and emerging referral opportunities to continuously refine outreach strategies.
