Job Description
- Business Development
- Generate leads for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Business Loans, and other lending products.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through direct marketing, referrals, and networking activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets assigned by the company.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
- Channel Partner Management
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, DSAs, connectors, and other referral partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Expand the company’s network of business associates and referral sources.
- Loan Processing Support
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and banking teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loans.
- Track application status and provide updates to customers.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business generated.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
