📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass and above
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proactive approach toward generating business opportunities through calls and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Identify and develop business opportunities through various channels including tele-sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Present and promote company services to prospective clients over call and in person
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in Sales, BDE, Tele Sales, BPO or Marketing
- Website and Software sales background highly preferable
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Confident, persuasive and target-driven attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
