Business Development Executive (Corporate & Social Events)

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email outreach, and client meetings.
• Acquire new corporate clients for conferences, dealer meets, product launches, exhibitions, employee engagement programs, and other corporate events.
• Generate and convert leads for social events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, and private celebrations.
• Present the company's profile, portfolio, and credentials to prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships with marketing teams, HR departments, procurement teams, event decision-makers, and business owners.
• Schedule client meetings and make professional presentations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Maintain an updated client database and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Ability to develop new business independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and social media for lead generation will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
