Designation - Business Development Manager
Recruit advisers
Generate business through advisers
Lead and manage a team of advisers
Motivate them to achieve sales targets
Provide training and guidance
Preferred candidate profile
✅ Minimum 2 years experience in Field Sales/Marketing And 1 Year BFSI Experience mandatory.
✅ Age: 21 to 42 years
