Educational Qualification

• Graduate or Post Graduate
• MBA (Marketing) / BBA freshers can also apply if they have:
• Good communication skills
• Polished personality
• Presentable appearance
• Only pass-out students are eligible
• Pursuing students are not eligible

Experience Required

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience preferred
• Preference will be given to candidates from:
• BFSI
• Telecom Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers for credit card applications through:
• Bank branches
• Field visits
• Referrals
• Networking
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable credit card products
• Achieve monthly sourcing targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Ensure excellent customer experience by resolving queries promptly
• Learn and explain credit card features, benefits, and usage guidelines
• Use references and personal networks to close deals
• Ensure all applications are accurate and compliant with company guidelines

Additional Details

• Bank branch locations will be allocated based on business requirements and availability
• Office reporting time: 9:45 AM (or as communicated by the Hiring Manager)
• Sunday fixed off
• Target-based job with attractive incentives

Salary & Benefits

• Salary starts from 20,000 to 30,000 per month
• Experienced and strong candidates may get up to 35,000 per month
• Attractive monthly incentive structure
• Reimbursement available subject to manager approval
