Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales and revenue growth for our coworking spaces. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales within coworking, hospitality, or café chains like CCD (Café Coffee Day), Barista, or similar customer-facing brands.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate and convert B2B leads for coworking space sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, startups, and SMEs
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Develop strategic partnerships and local business tie-ups
• Identify new market opportunities in Kolkata, Patna, and Guwahati
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking
• Travel Requirement:Open to travel between Kolkata – Patna – Guwahati
• Travel and hotel expenses will be reimbursed by the company
• Eligibility Criteria:2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
• Experience in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or café chains like CCD is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Preferred Background:Candidates from coworking brands, commercial real estate, or café chains (e.g., CCD, Barista, etc.)
• Experience in handling enterprise or corporate clients
