We focus on delivering high-quality refrigeration solutions to commercial clients, helping them maintain efficient cold-chain integrity.
Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for tapping into new business opportunities, meeting prospective corporate clients, and effectively closing high-value commercial refrigeration deals.
The ideal candidate will utilize a provided database to generate leads and should be comfortable with on-field client interactions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement: Utilize the database provided by the company to connect with potential business clients.
- Client Meetings: Set up and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective B2B clients to showcase company refrigeration solutions.
- Deal Closure: Deliver effective sales pitches, handle objections smoothly, and actively close commercial agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain clean and positive communication records with business prospects.
- Market Presence: Travel locally across designated areas to secure new accounts.
- Key Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum Diploma holder.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply (training and database will be provided).
- Language Skills: Basic understanding of English (Local regional language proficiency is a strong plus for field interaction).
- Demographics: Male candidates preferred; Age bracket of 20 to 40 years.
- Other Essentials: Willingness to engage in field-based B2B sales and local travel.
