Job Title: Business Development & Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and negotiation skills.


This position is open to both male and female candidates.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach


Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients


Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers


Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets


Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals


Negotiate contracts and close deals


Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions


Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction


Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)


Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Excellent negotiation and closing skills


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results
