Cafe Staff

About the Role: We are hiring experienced café staff for our growing coffee brand shop. The candidate should be skilled in preparing beverages and quick-service food items while delivering excellent customer service. The café menu includes hot coffee, cold coffee, momo, sandwiches, and ready-made fried snacks.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve hot coffee, cold coffee, shakes, and café beverages.
• Prepare and serve momo, sandwiches, burgers, fries, and ready-made fried items.
• Maintain taste, presentation, and food quality standards.
• Handle customer orders, billing, and cash counter operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and equipment.
• Ensure timely service during busy hours.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist in opening and closing daily café operations.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or fast-food outlet.
• Basic knowledge of coffee making and snack preparation.
• Experience in sandwich preparation and handling fried items preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking, and team player.
• Basic POS/billing knowledge is an advantage.
• Preferred SkillsBarista experience with espresso/coffee machines.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to upsell menu items and handle customers professionally.
