Position : Quality Analyst


Shift Timings - 6:00am-3:00pm (Monday to Saturday)


Week offs - Sunday


Salary offered -14000 to 18000 (Gross)



Responsibilities:

  1. Listen to call recordings and audit the calls
  2. Make Excel report based on that.
  3. should be good in english



Fluency in English is MUST for the candidates.


Both Fresher and Experience in Domestic BPO can apply


Candidate should be class 12 pass out


Age should be within 20 to 30yrs
