Chaat Items ( Papri Puchka Singara Tikka ) Cook

We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Chaat Chef/Cook to prepare and serve high-quality Indian street food while maintaining hygiene, consistency, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook:

Papri Chaat

Singara (Samosa)

Puchka (Golgappa/Pani Puri)

Tikka (Veg/Paneer/Chicken, as applicable)

Prepare chutneys, fillings, masalas, dough, and other ingredients.

Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

Ensure food is prepared fresh and served quickly during peak hours.

Monitor stock levels and report ingredient shortages.

Minimize food wastage and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.

Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and hygienic.

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Support the kitchen team during busy periods.

Required Skills

Experience in preparing Indian street food/chaat.

Good knowledge of frying, grilling, and food preparation techniques.

Ability to work under pressure during rush hours.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and sanitation.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Minimum Qualification

Basic education preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, QSR, or street food kitchen.

Freshers with good practical skills may also apply.

Working Hours

9–10 hours per day (including breaks)

Weekly off as per company policy.
