Chat Process Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Chat Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide real-time assistance through chat platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, fast typing ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries via live chat in a professional and timely manner

* Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, returns, and services

* Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels

* Maintain proper chat documentation and follow company SOPs

* Coordinate with internal teams when escalation is required

* Ensure quality communication aligned with US English standards

Key Requirements:

* Typing Speed: Minimum 70 WPM

* Language Skills: Strong command over US English (grammar, spelling, punctuation)

* Communication: Excellent written communication skills

* Education: Graduate (any stream)

* Skills:

  * Strong problem-solving ability

  * Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

  * Customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms

* Familiarity with electronics/products handling (optional but preferred)

* Prior experience in chat support (BPO/KPO) is an advantage

Selection Process:

* Typing test (Minimum 70 WPM required)

* E-commerce related practical question round

* Final evaluation based on communication, speed, and problem-solving
