HIRING FRESHERS | APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM | MNC | KOLKATA | INTERNATIONAL NON-VOICE PROCESS 


Handling customer-related queries via chat

- Providing appropriate resolutions to customer issues

- Demonstrating empathy and effective customer handling

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

- Salary- 14k-15k in hand+1400 TA+ other bonus and incentives 

 Add on Variables (One side Cab Facility + Travel Allowance) 

- 5 days working 2 Rotational offs
