- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, momos, spring rolls, Manchurian, and other fast-food items.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food truck and kitchen area as per food safety standards.
- Manage food preparation, ingredient storage, and stock efficiently to minimize wastage.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation.
- Work efficiently during peak hours while ensuring timely order preparation.
- Monitor inventory and inform the management about raw material requirements.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control for consistency.
- Candidates with prior experience in Chinese cuisine or fast-food kitchen operations will be preferred.
