Job Description
**Job Title: B.Tech Civil Engineer**
**Company:** Frankson Automation Company Private Limited
We are looking for a **B.Tech Civil Engineer** with knowledge of **AutoCAD drafting** to join our project execution team.
### Key Requirements:
* B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* Good knowledge of **AutoCAD drafting**.
* Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India, including **Bangalore, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha**.
* Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
### Job Responsibilities:
* Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
* Supervise laborers, contractors, and skilled workers.
* Ensure the quality of construction work and compliance with project specifications.
* Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with the engineering team.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
* Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
* Handle all responsibilities related to project execution from commencement to completion.
