Client relationship management executive
Provide Recruitment support
Portfolio coordination executive
Business development
Digital customer engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Proficient in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Facebook, and other social media sourcing
Ability to screen and shortlist quality candidates
Excellent follow-up and relationship management
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage
Experience in insurance, BFSI, sales, or financial services recruitment is preferred
