Job Description
🎯 Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Success Advisor to build strong client relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products or services. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and supporting long-term retention and growth.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
✅ Understand client goals, challenges, and business objectives
✅ Conduct onboarding sessions and product training
✅ Monitor client health and engagement metrics
✅ Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience

✅ Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
