Commercial Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee the organization's commercial, financial, and business operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial management, accounting, and taxation, with strong analytical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial operations to ensure profitability and business growth.
• Oversee accounting activities, financial reporting, and accounts finalization.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve business performance.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate with finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial and commercial insights to management.
• Identify business risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
• English: Intermediate English
