Deshilane is seeking a skilled and passionate Commi I to join our culinary team. As a Commi I, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your designated section. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure quality, consistency, and high standards in every plate served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the kitchen leadership.
• Assist in daily food prep and maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and Deshilane's standards.
