🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily member inquiries, walk-ins, and guest interactions

• Welcome and onboard new members with workspace tours and orientation

• Manage keycards, visitor records, and membership details

• Handle incoming calls, mail, and package distribution

• Monitor pantry, office, and meeting room supplies

• Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and operational

• Coordinate with maintenance and IT teams for issue resolution

• Manage meeting room and event space bookings

• Maintain visitor logs, billing, invoices, and membership records

• Support community events, networking sessions, and workshops

• Collect member feedback and ensure excellent customer experience
