Key Responsibilities

Cash & Transaction Processing

·      Handle cash deposits and withdrawals daily.

·      Process checks, transfers, and money orders.

·      Verify customer signatures and account details.

·      Balance the cash drawer every evening.

·      Report any format discrepancies to supervisors.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

·      Welcome customers and guide them appropriately.

·      Resolve account queries, complaints, and issues.

·      Assist clients with opening new accounts.

·      Update customer KYC and profile documentation.

·      Provide information on interest rates and fees.

Sales & Business Development

·      Identify customer needs during routine transactions.

·      Pitch credit cards, loans, and insurance.

·      Refer high-net-worth clients to relationship managers.

·      Meet monthly branch sales and cross-sell targets.

·      Promote digital banking tools to customers.

Compliance & Operations

·      Follow all internal bank financial guidelines.

·      Adhere to strict Anti-Money Laundering rules.

·      Maintain confidentiality of customer asset data.

·      Complete mandatory regulatory training modules regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or commerce.

·      1–3 years of banking experience preferred.

·      Fresh graduates with strong aptitudes are welcome.
