Work Mode: Work From Office

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Handle customer interactions through chat, email, and voice calls

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

• Good typing and computer proficiency

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

• Rotational Shifts
