Position: Customer Care Executive (CCE)
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling and basic information
- Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Support daily customer relationship activities
- RequirementsMinimum Higher Secondary pass or Graduate
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
