Key Responsibilities


  • Handling Bengali and Hindi customer calls, providing guidance about Ayurveda benefits in daily life, maintaining records
  • Assist customers in product selection and guide them through the shopping process
  • Clearly explain product features, ingredients, and benefits
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with proper resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure professional, polite, and positive communication at all times
  • Support sales conversion through effective communication
