Key Responsibilities
- Handling Bengali and Hindi customer calls, providing guidance about Ayurveda benefits in daily life, maintaining records
- Assist customers in product selection and guide them through the shopping process
- Clearly explain product features, ingredients, and benefits
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with proper resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure professional, polite, and positive communication at all times
- Support sales conversion through effective communication
