Job Overview


We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions including calls, emails, and chats with international customers. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first attitude.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account-related queries.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow company policies and quality standards during all interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, quality score, AHT, and productivity targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
  • Work effectively in a blended environment (voice + non-voice).


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Prior BPO / customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).

  • 6 rotational week-offs Per Month
  • 3 rotational shifts:
  • Morning Shift
  • Evening Shift
  • Night Shift
