Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates to join our International BPO team. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice interactions including calls, emails, and chats with international customers. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account-related queries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and quality standards during all interactions.
- Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, quality score, AHT, and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Work effectively in a blended environment (voice + non-voice).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior BPO / customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night).
Work Schedule
- 6 rotational week-offs Per Month
- 3 rotational shifts:
- Morning Shift
- Evening Shift
- Night Shift
