Job Description
1. Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Receive incoming calls from customers and assist them with their queries.
- Make outgoing calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, feedback, or appointment confirmations.
2. Manage Customer Complaints
- Listen carefully to customer complaints and understand their problem.
- Handle customers and Try to solve the issue.
3. Book Service Appointments
- Schedule service appointments for customers as per their requirement.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments when customers request changes.
- Confirm appointment details like date, time, and service type with customers.
4. Do Back Office Work (Data Entry)
- Update customer details and call information in the company software (CRM).
- Make sure all information is entered correctly without any mistakes.
- Keep a clear record of what the customer said and what solution was given.
5. Solve Customer Problems
- Answer customer questions about products, bills, orders, or services.
- Try to solve the problem in the very first call itself (First-Call Resolution).
