Job Description

We have job opportunity with MNC BPO company for Customer Care Executive position. where agent have to resolve customer queries over the call.


Must know basic English.

Shift 24*7 shift for Male Candidate ; In Night Shift timing will be 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM **There is no midnight shift**

For Female Candidates Shifts between 07:00 am to 08:00 pm (Any Nine Hours Shift)

Weekly Offs One rotational off Per Week


Interview Process – 2 rounds of personal interview (HR & Operation) Followed by Versant & Typing Assessment.


Hindi / Bengali+ English (AVG) - 15 K CTC/ 12.2 K In hand

Hindi + Bengali – 13 K CTC / 10.9 K in hand

Odia +Hindi– 13.6 K CTC / 11.6K In hand + 2 K Language reward

Odia + English – 15 K CTC /12.2 K in hand + 2 K Language reward

Assamese +Hindi / English – 18 K CTC / 14.5 K in hand
