Role Overview

A Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales of life insurance products, building relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s customer base. The role combines sales, client advisory, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and fieldwork

Promote and sell life insurance policies to individuals and families

Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure renewals and cross-selling

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Stay updated on company products and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with target orientation

Basic understanding of financial products (preferred)

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good negotiation and convincing skills

Experience

Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing can apply

Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
