Job Description
Designation: Customer Support Trainee
Company: Universal Corporate Limited
Location: Kalighat
Salary: ₹12,300 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or messages in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about company services and resolve basic customer concerns.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and service-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Maintain a polite and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for pending queries or requests.
- Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a customer service environment.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
