Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and effective resolutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the operations team to support order-related queries and issues.
- Communicate with customers to clarify order details and provide correct information as required by the operations team.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
